What’s with this array of symptoms?

my symptoms: tonsillitis, headache for 3 weeks, pain in both forearms, dizziness. What is wrong with me? I have been stressed at work, but now I switched jobs and I am no longer stressed at work, but stressed about my health.
I have been to the doctor and had a good CT scan. Not sure where to turn next.

The combo of tonsillitis, headaches and dizziness could easily be attributed to your stress level. Stress can manifest in some weird ways, including high blood pressure, which can cause the dizziness and headaches, and can lower your immunities to sicknesses like tonsillitis. As for your forearms, that’s a lot harder to pinpoint. No injuries I assume? It could also be stress if you tend to tense your muscles – like clenching your fists when you’re particularly stressed. My jaw will hurt when I’m stressed because I clench my teeth, for example.

keep checking sometimes doctors dont take u seriously .. my sister kept goin gback top dr and telling him something wrong he kept saying nothing ,,,, she had cervical cancer ,,,, hey you know your body … find out what it is … it could be nothing buit ease your mind ,,, becasue if u sit and worry next thing u know u will be having mental problems .. good luck to u
