What’s the best way to remove tonsil stones?

I have some tonsil stones and I would like to remove them. I can see them in the back of my throat… but I wanted to see if anyone out there has had experiences with them and if they have gotten them out themselves. I’ve had some come out on their own but ya know, I’d like to get them out sooner if I can.

What are you calling tonsil stones? What do they look like? Are they white looking in your throat?
I have never even heard of tonsil stones, but I think they would probably just want to remove the tonsils.
