I try and drink a lot to flush my throat through as often as I can. I gargle with Dentyl... it doesn't contain alcohol and I once read that alcohol in mouthwash doesn't help tonsil stones. I chew Airwaves chewing gum too... its really strong and relieves the smell of the tonsil stones! Hope this helps........
