I have suffered for as long as I can remember and unfortunately I have yet to find a cure.
I try and drink a lot to flush my throat through as often as I can. I gargle with Dentyl… it doesn’t contain alcohol and I once read that alcohol in mouthwash doesn’t help tonsil stones.
I chew Airwaves chewing gum too… its really strong and relieves the smell of the tonsil stones!
Tonsilloliths (Tonsil stones) can be removed by an oral surgeon by surgery (incision or laser). To prevent them is difficult as it is your anatomy which puts you at a higher risk of forming them.
