What is the best way to get rid of tonsil stones?

These things are nasty in every way possible! Everyone says you can get them out with Q tips pick them off, BUT HOW DO YOU DO THAT? I don’t even want to try because i might throw up or seriously injure myself! Plz help!
BTW: i do not want my tonsils removed though because i heard it hurts more than giving birth! )-:

Getting the tonsils removed would be best over the long term. Gargle with peroxide mixed with salt every day and that will help a lot. You might also benefit from taking d-mannose.
tonsil removal is the only perminant way of getting rid of tonsil stones. And the pain varies form person to person. I would talk to ur dr about this.
