Tonsillitis Help….?

Last year around this time I had tonsillitis. The symptoms hit me over night and I was sick for a few days before I went to the doctor. Now, just 2-3 days later prior when I last had it, I’m having the same symptoms as before and my tonsils are irritated. I know it is possible to have it twice but almost exactly a year apart; it that possible?

Sure is possible! As long as you have tonsils it is possible to get tonsillitis! While the timing may seem strange it is just a coincidence. Since you’ve had it before and know what it felt like, if you feel like you have it again go ahead and get yourself checked out and on the mend by seeing your doctor.

treat your symptoms, wash your hands well, drink plenty of fluids, and rest. follow up with your doctor.
