tonsil infection?

one of my g/f’s tonsils is noticably bigger than the other….the color is the same…. she can push on it like a pimple and small chunky pieces of pus looking stuff comes out

she needs to take a q-tip and push it out, its just food particles that have built up inside the holes of her tonsils – it really stinks
she could have a sexually transmitted disease, or an extreme infection. she should see her doctor immediatly. and kissing is not recommended.
you should get a Dr. to check it- if it’s a bacterial infection you’ll need antibiotics- you don’t mention if she has a fever or difficulty swallowing
If you are looking in her mouth inside her neck, then it could be an infected tonsil. She should see a doctor anyway. And soon
Very likely a bacterial infection like a "strep" throat or a "tonsilar" abscess,both very painful with high fevers and inflamed red throat.She needs to see her MD for some antibiotics ASAP,use Tylenol or Ibuprofen for pain and fever,cool fluids to prevent dehydration. Take care. SW RNP
