Go back to your doctors as they are the only ones who can advise you on this. The chances are that even with an infection they will still remove your tonsils, but if they are really bad they may keep you in until it's settled down and then remove them. Won't be long now till your well rid of them, so look forward to lovely ice cream when you feel better. Good luck.
