		<description>That depends.  Are you still on pain meds?  If so, then definitely not, but if you can swallow without pain, I guess it&#039;s ok.  I wouldn&#039;t drink the real hard stuff if I were you though.  I had mine out when I was 17, I know what you&#039;re going through.  Good luck,  Feel better.</description>

		<description>noooo lol. I had my tonsils removed years ago and I couldnt have any alcohol for the month. Drink and eats lots of cold things. I lived off ice cream for so long and freezies. Once Feb hits you can have a beer.</description>

		<description>Most likely it is safe, but refer to your surgeon&#039;s instructions or give them a call to make sure.  You should not be drinking alcohol while on any pain medication.  I hope this helps.</description>
