Over the past few weeks, I have been french kissing someone and after i developed a small white sore on my right tonsil and around that general area and one similar on the middle of my lingual frenulum . I also have an unknown medium sized white thing on my left tonsil. Recently, I feel as if there is something in my throat. I’m worried.I think it could be either herpes or something similar and I haven’t ruled out tonsillitis. I have not developed any cold sores on my mouth and none of the sores except the one i had on my lingual frenulum were painful, however none of them ever itched. I think that they could be recurring. Also would continuing to kiss this same person cause the symptoms to recur because after i kiss them i feel as if my throat is burning or sore? Recently, i have felt a burning sensation on the left corner of my mouth
When i apply hydrogen peroxide it cause them to foam and they come off when i touch them with a q-tip.

For the past year I have had Tonsil Stones. They make my breath smell really bad, sometimes they shoot out when I am speaking to people, which makes me mortified of course!

I have had recurrent tonsillitis sore throats for 7 years.

This is really destroying my confidence. Tonight I found two ‘caves’ and picked out 20 stones! Half an hour later some had already started to come back!!

What can I do and what are my options?! I work for the NHS as a nurse but I’m seriously considering private healthcare!

Is it possible for the pain to be related to the tonsils taken out? I’ve gotten no fever, nothing.

I have tonsil stones and I believe this causes me to have bad breath (not too sure if it is bad but it often doesn’t taste nice). Anyway, what could I do to remove these and does my bad-tasting mouth definitely mean I have bad breath?

and yes, I brush my teeth twice a day, sometimes floss and clean my tongue.

Has any one had the surgery for obstructive sleep apnea. Were thay cut your soft pallet, your uvula, and tonsils. If you have had it or know some one that has. Did it help. And what was the recovery. Did it change your voice. And any think els I should know before I go get cut up.

I had unprotected vaginal sex with an escort girl. I did not notice any sorts of infection on her body, but of course i cannot be completely sure. Though I see myself as a smart person about HIV statistics, it was still so much incredibly dumb thing to do, so i have noone to blame other than myself. 5 days later I walked in the cold and extremely windy weather for like an hour. on the 6th day, i felt fever and sore throat. I went to doctor, he told me I had tonsillitis and gave me antibiotics. Now (8th day) the pain in my throat is almost gone, though white spots can still be seen. there is healing due to antibiotics perhaps.

However, the thing that scares me to death is I read the early symptoms of HIV include fever and sore throat, so I do not really know if my condition is due to weather, or due to exposure to HIV.

I even contacted the girl via e-mail yesterday, and she told me I can be 10000% sure she does not have any STDs, because she tests regularly, and she is a mother which is a good reason for her to be healthy. i want to believe her but this does not help me.

I cannot also get the Elisa test, because I know it is very early to take the test.
I feel so much desperate for this, and I wanted to see if anybody here could tell me more.

So they serve a greater purpose? Are our tonsils connected to our lymphatic system? My tonsils are riddled with pits, I can squeeze eraser size stones every other week out of them. I want answers doctors don’t know much or care about it seems, I’ve stopped going because it seems doctors care more about their vacation homes and their Mercedes SUV ?

i had a bump where jaw and ear meet it hurt and i had mucus and pus in my throat and an inflamed right tonsil.i got mucinex and amox tr whatever and its the 4th day and pus and mucus is thinner and lump is smaller but i still almost throw up gagging on mucus and puss.

ive had 4 really sore throats,(im pretty sure theywere strep)but now i thnk i have tonsilitous(or however you spell it…) do think they will take my tonsils out?! iim scared. :/
