		<description>First off, you always have a maxillary sinus.  It is a part of the skull and soft tissue.  Secondly, a deviated septum is a fairly benign thing.  Now, not knowing what you are trying to ask because of the vagueness of the description is tough.  Are you asking why your sinuses are swollen, about the bad breath, or about the septum?</description>
