Is it possible to remove your tonsils without surgery?

When my mom was pregnant she vomitted a lot. And she had an infection in her tonsils. One day, she threw up what looked liked a "rotten-like" tonsils. Now she doesnt have tonsils anymore, but she never when through surgery for it.
My mom and I just want to know if it’s possible or even normal?

She probably just threw up something she ate. And she might have gotten them removed and she doesnt remember, or they are still probably there.

Tonsils don’t just fall out…thats like coughing up a kidney..
The way it happened with your mom sounds painful. Most tonsils are taken out with surgery. I wouldn’t wait until they get all rotten and stuff because it could possibly spread in your body.
