Is a hole in tonsil normal?

I know I have a problem w/ tonsil infections, but today I looked (with a tonsil infection) and found my tonsils with a big hole in each. The right one has a big hole as well as a tiny hole. Is this normal? Whenever I get a little bit sick, it goes straight to a tonsil infection, but no fever or anything. I don’t know if I should get them removed cause the infections come once a month.

yes you have a chronic infection of the tonsils and unless you have them removed you are not gonna get well, the holes are more than likely ulcers from contunued violation of the organ, they have done their job, they cannot help you anymore
