I’ve had these symptoms for a really long time. It keeps coming and going for the past few months. Do you think they would give me a urine test? I smoked pot yesterday and I’m worried.

A urine test for what? Tonsillitis can be seen with the naked eye, a pen light and a tongue depressor. In no case would they drug test you.
