Has anyone else ever had tonsil stones?and will they come out on there own if i cant see them?

im so disgusted with myself! i want them GONE,sometimes i can pick them out,but i have a really big one (feels like it) somewhere in my tonsil.i cant take it much longer..please help
ive literally dug in my tonsils trying to find it,but i dont want to further worsen the problem with foreign bacteria

I sympathise completely. I have suffered with Tonsil Stones and they are awful! Tonsil Stones can sometimes be caused by thick mucus in the back of your throat trapping bits of food. I gargle with mouthwash every day and it helps to clear out any thick mucus I may have in the back of my throat. The other thing I do is push with my finger against my tonsils which often helps to squeeze out anything trapped in there. I know it sounds awful but it works! You’ll have to fight your gag reflex at first though!

Don’t ever take the tonsil stones out by hand. It will do more harm than good.Having tonsil stones is not a serious heath problem but I can ruin your social life. There are many cause of this problem, in most case is what you eat. Alcohol, spicy foods are considered as the main drink and food cause tonsil stones. You need to stay away from them if you are using. One more tip is keep your mouth clean. Tonsil stones are nothing but dead cells and bacteria.
