Do I have to get rid of my tonsil stones?

I’m pretty sure I have tonsil stones. I cough them up every now and then… they’re a nuisance.
My breath doesn’t seem to stink, and when I cough them up, they’re tiny.
I’ve tried looking in the mirror, and I can’t see any…
Should I just wait until I cough them out?

These tonsillar stones don’t do any physical harm, and sporadically coughing them up doesn’t mean that there is anything wrong with you.
A simple combination of oxygenating tablets and nasal sinus drops will effectively eliminate tonsil stones without unnecessary tonsil surgery. Also, the occasional use of an oxygenating spray will help to immediately neutralize the anaerobic sulfur-producing bacteria on contact.
