Do I have to get rid of my Tonsil Stones?

I’m pretty sure I have tonsil stones. I cough them up every now and then… they’re a nuisance.
My breath doesn’t seem to stink, and when I cough them up, they’re tiny.
I’ve tried looking in the mirror, and I can’t see any…
Should I just wait until I cough them out?

If they are as you describe, I would see no reason to do anything. Even when the tonsils are removed, it is still possible to get debris lodged in the pharyngeal walls and be similar to what you already deal with. Good luck
