could a child get constipated after tonsil surgery. its been 6 days since surgery and no BLV movement yet?

Yes but 6 days is to long. Take them to the doctor so they can make them go.

give lots of water and fresh veggies
If the are taking pain medication it is likely to cause constipation. Usually children do not need medication for that long though. Try giving him/her some prune juice or cooked prunes if they will eat them. If not give a suppository.
