Can I sleep with tonsil stones in my mouth?

I’m absolutely freaking out, I have these two tonsil stones, (one on the left tonsil, the other on the right.) and they have been bothering me all day. I’m so nervous and worried, and I feel nauseous. I’m afraid to go to sleep, because I don’t know what will happen if I sleep with it in my mouth… can anyone help me? I’m flipping out :’(

you mean… tonsiloiths (sp?) youll probably be fine, youll wake up with gross breath id say tho. I usually try and get mine out with something, although i probably shouldnt be messing around back there, but it feels good to get them out
