Best Way To Prevent Tonsil Stones?

I’ve just recently started getting tonsil stones, and they absolutely gross me out.
What can I do to prevent them in general?
Writing past experiences would be appreciated.
Could you explain to me what you mean by surgery?
Do you mean removing my tonsils completely?

Yeah, those are gross. I had them often as the tonsils were constantly infected. I just had them surgically removed.

You need to brush your teeth of course.
And clean your toenails. That always helps me.
