3 years 6 months baby has tonsil infection … how do i cure either operation or laser treatment .. any idea?

some doctors said after 5 years only to be remove from operation… or any tablets are available … please give the correct way where i proceed

If its the first one they should give your kids an antibiotic first if it keeps happening over time then a procedure maybe needed
