Removal of tonsils = decreased pleasure in oral sex?
If i removed my tonsils(that issue aside), would oral sex be less pleasurable for my future husband?
Doesn’t the tonsils make it more tight in the back when you deep throat?
yes i can deep throat
How can you tell if its just tonsil stones or cancer?
?
Could this be tonsillitis?
For a couple of days now, I’ve had the following symptoms:
1.) My left ear has been very stopped up, right ear slightly. First symptom to show.
2.) Slightly sore throat. Not really sore, more of a persistent dryness, but I couldn’t think of a better term.
3.) Congestion builds up in my throat extremely often.
4.) Dry cough, but painless.
5.) A coupe days ago, I felt under my jaw, and my left tonsil is a LOT bigger than my right, and my right seems bigger than usual, as well.
However, there has been a lack of pain, which tends to happen with tonsillitis. I also don’t think it’s congestion due to sinuses, because I haven’t had sinus pains, and my nose has not been stopped up,
Some help? Tonsillitis, or something else?
I would also like to add that my best friend had tonsillitis just a few weeks ago, and had to have his tonsils removed. It’s a possibility that I picked it up by him. And he started out with the exact same symptoms I have.
Is it okay to remove tonsil stones at home? If so does it matter what side of the mouth you use?
Im really scared of doctors… yet I still visit them… but im scared to try this, and it has to be done.
I have limited hearing, possibly due to a chronic throat infection in my infancy, any hope?
When I was a child I suffered a lot of tonsil infections, at that time I was treated with tons of antibiotics, and eventually I was diagnosed with chronic tonsilitis, after several years of pain and suffering my tonsils were finally removed at age of 15. Then I started to live a "normal" life, so to speak. When I got my first job a hearing test was performed on me on a special isolated cabin, they did not tell me the result but it was obvious that it went wrong. However I never felt that I had hearing limitations and supposed the bad hearing test was due to old equipment. Since I am fully billingual and have good communications skills besides musical abilities, I really never noticed anything wrong, but since I married four years ago my wife keeps telling me that I am almost deaf and that I do not pay attention to her. WE FOUND I HAVE BAD HEARING!! and the worst: apparently I am slowly loosing hearing. haven’t gone to the physician yet, but I wish to hear opinions. any hope?
Yes, I do experience some tinnitus, one of the new findings on my poor hearing, I never realized it existed because it was the normal way to me since I have memory.
I wish to thank you all for you kind answers. Unfortunately I must choose one as "best", but if it were for me I would choose all.

Tonsil stones? Help I am grossed out…?
I have just discovered that I have tonsil stones!! I only have one "cave" and have dug two stones out of there in two weeks! Ugh!! Short of getting my tonsils removed, is there anything I can do to prevent them? Does anyone have a better way of getting them out (beside sticking my finger back there…ugh). Thanks in advance!!
Tonsillitis or glandular fever?
i’ve had tonsilitis before and what i’ve got atm feels abit like it but i’ve got terrible headaches and a fever and i’m exhausted the whole time, which apparently are symptoms of glandular fever as well and as i can get a doctors appointment untill the weekend i though i might ask some questions,
can you get tonsillitis more than once?
what are the differences between tonsillitis and mono?
what’s the cure, antibiotics or do you just wait for it to go away?
and how do doctors tell you have mono, like blood tests or what?
